The basic Unarmed Combatives curriculum is presented in 10 levels:
|
| It cannot be over-emphasized, that the basis of all modern defensive combat is Hand-to-Hand Combat. This is our foundation. Impact weapon and edged weapon attacks occur at extremely close range. Even a very significant percentage of firearm assaults occur at close range. From our perspective. knife, stick and close range gun combat is approached as Hand-to-Hand Combat - Your assailant, you or both just happen to have a weapon in your hand. |
